Ahir Garba Mahotsav 2026 brought the Ahir community together for nine nights of Ahirani Raas, family, and devotion in Rajkot. Explore the event films, photos, and news coverage from this completed celebration.

21,000 Ahir women came together on the seventh night of Ahir Garba Mahotsav for traditional Ahirani Raas and a maha aarti to Shri Dwarkadhish.
Women in traditional Ahir attire joined the celebration in Rajkot. Around the central pavilion, circles of dancers filled the illuminated ground. The drone film captures the formation from above and the colour of a living tradition.
Organised by Ahir Sena Rajkot, AGM 2026 brings Ahir community members and their families together from 11 to 19 October. Its purpose is to honour Shri Krishna, preserve Ahir traditions, and connect generations through devotion.
Families and volunteers make this celebration possible. The organising committee credits the community and its volunteers for the seventh night’s success.
રાજકોટના આહીર ગરબા મહોત્સવની સાતમી રાત્રે ૨૧,૦૦૦ આહીર બહેનો પરંપરાગત આહીરાણી રાસમાં જોડાઈ. આ પ્રસંગે ભગવાન શ્રી દ્વારકાધીશની મહાઆરતી પણ થઈ.
પરંપરાગત પોશાકમાં સજ્જ બહેનોએ મધ્યના મંડપની આસપાસ રાસનાં વર્તુળો રચ્યાં. રોશનીથી ઝળહળતું મેદાન અને આહીરાણી રાસ આપણી સંસ્કૃતિની જીવંત ઝલક છે.
આહીર સેના રાજકોટ દ્વારા ૧૧થી ૧૯ ઑક્ટોબર દરમિયાન આયોજિત આ પારિવારિક નવરાત્રી આહીર સમાજના પરિવારોને એકસાથે લાવે છે.
શ્રીકૃષ્ણ પ્રત્યેની ભક્તિ, આપણી પરંપરાઓનું જતન અને ભક્તિ દ્વારા પેઢીઓને જોડવાનો અમારો હેતુ છે. આ ઉજવણીને સફળ બનાવવાનો સમગ્ર શ્રેય આપણા સ્વયંસેવકો અને સમાજને જાય છે.
